Cosy and old house on the outskirts of a small town (population 40), nestled between beautiful mountain slopes. The typical Umbrian house, built about 250 years ago, has thick stone walls and an old fireplace, as he was formerly used for smoking sausages, etc.. This winter, the house was almost completely restored: new gas central heating, new bathrooms and new kitchen, the atmosphere of the original farmhouse has been completely preserved. Ground floor: large living room with satellite TV, stereo and DVD, double sofa bed, genauerte kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & freezer, and room with fireplace froßem fireplace, partially covered patio and fenced garden. Rosciano is a small town between the Nera Valley and Monte Polino, nestled between mountain slopes, valleys, fields, meadows and olive groves. The area is characterized by a natural reserve, that is as good as new buildings are not permitted. The village was in its old structure in recent years completely renovated and made into a little gem, so that car traffic in the old village is not possible and only a narrow path leads uphill through the village. At the upper edge there is a theme park. Once a year, a ceremony will be held (late May / early June). Nearby there are hiking trails, beautiful swimming pools, fishing and whitewater canoeing trips in the Nera Valley, water sports on Lake Piediluco, while the waterfalls Marmore and historic old towns like Ferentillo, Spoleto, Vallodinera and Spoleto (music festival) is very worth seeing.
