Just a few steps above the Villino Liberty is our panorama richest city apartment with stunning views of the main church of Rome, St. Peter. She also enjoys an almost unbelievable terrace of about 35 square meters, equipped with umbrella, 2 chairs, table and chairs. The view of the dome, the upper part of the facade and the figure of the lobby groups already touched during the day, at night the sight of the lighted lantern of the giant dome is almost indescribable!

The quiet and bright apartment (approx. 75 sqm) with windows on 3 sides located on the 4th floor (since January 2011 is a new elevator available!) Of a small apartment building and is attractively furnished: large living room with exit to the terrace, kl. Satellite TV, radio, ceiling fan, double sofa bed and 2 armchairs, large bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen (***) with dishwasher and washing machine, View of S. Pietro and exit to terrace, bathroom (with bath).

Rome - the eternal city: We refrain from Rome about losing words; in view of the libraries that have been written about the ancient, the medieval, the Christian, the modern Rome, each additional word is wasted. It should be noted that the property is in a good central and urban ratios also a quiet residential area, and is well connected by public transport to the historic center. Perhaps also useful to note that arrival is recommended by public transport; the rail connection is good, and there are many, including cheap flights to both Fiumicino and Ciampino. Rome itself is very well developed means of the two subway lines, the bus network and the trams.

tolle Lage für 2 Personen prima

Die Lage mitten unter Römern war schon toll. Der Weg zu Fuß zum Vatikan kurz. Supermarkt alles in der Nähe. Das Appartement so wie beschrieben, aber leider nicht in so einem tollen Zustand. Man müsste mal das ein oderer andere Teil austauschen (Korkenzieher, Besteck, Stuhl, Sonnenschirm etc.) Das ist etwas schade. Es hat durchaus Flair und ist etwas besonderes. Nur leider niemand, der sich liebevoll kümmert... das ist natürlich wohl bei Agenturen so. Das war unsere erste Erfahrung mit Agentur. Vorher war man von den Eigentümern verwöhnt. Die Betten waren gut. Die Couch vorn- da kann kein Mensch drauf schlafen. Also zu viert Urlaub machen, geht nicht.. Die Federn hängen runter und die Matratze ist so dünn.. leider dann auch zu dünn für den Boden. Aber für 2 Personen ist es schon romantisch und schön. Auch mit dem Fahrschuttle hat alles geklappt.

Owner's Response: Die Besitzer freuen sich, daß es den Gästen in Rom und in der Wohnung Attico S. Pietro gut gefallen hat.
Die erwähnte Schlafcouch, die erst 2012 neu angeschafft wurde, ist Ende April überholt worden (es waren ein paar Verstrebungen aus dem Leim gegangen); jetzt liegt man auf ihr wieder gut.
Die Wohnung wird direkt von der Besitzerin, Signora Federica, und ihrer Freundin, Signora Eva, die sich um die Anreisen kümmert, betreut; beide bemühen sich aufmerksam und gewissenhaft und Haus und Gäste; alles was irgendwie nicht mehr ganz gut ist, wird sofort ausgetauscht.
Wenn die Gäste vor Ort einen Wunsch haben oder etwas fehlen sollte, kümmern sie sich sofort darum.

The location at the Vatican, on the hill of Monte del Gallo is known to be very good and conveniently located residential area with pleasant green areas. Shops and restaurants of all kinds are accessible from the house on foot, the connection to the rest of the city is excellent with buses, trains and subway. The historic pub district of the old Borgo lies beyond St. Peter's Square. There the Romans and their guests from all over the world to spend cozy evenings in small restaurants that also offer typical Roman cuisine and atmosphere. In particular, you live on the edge of the Vatican; St. Peter's Square, St. Peter's and the world famous Vatican Museums are within walking distance. In order environment of the house there is a typical bar, even with seating under old trees and a very well stocked grocery store. If you arrive by train or plane the house by public transport is easily accessible.
