Spacious house with garden, peaceful village in the green, wooded valley

Spacious accommodation, 70-ies with a large living room and fireplace. The twelve-meter long balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the village, valley and hills. A quiet, fenced garden with lawn, trees and shrubs adorn the house. Paved parking lot. Storage space for bicycles, etc. under the balcony. Internet and telephone, ideal for longer stays.

Secluded, yet centrally: Nan is located away from major cities and has therefore preserved its original character. But in just 15 minutes by car from Salins-les-Bains with its wellness center, mall and several restaurants. The northern Besançon is 45 minutes. Also, Dijon and Burgundy in the west are easily accessible. Travels to Switzerland to travel to only one hour via Pontarlier, which leads to Lac Saint-Point and the ski slopes in the area of ??Métabief / Mont d'Or. Les Russes trendier is not much further away, towards Geneva. Flyers with additional ideas for trips and activities are in the house.

Three winding streets lead down to 300 meters Nans-sous-Sainte-Anne (120 inhabitants, 367m above sea level. M.). The small, quiet village looks timeless, but not lifeless, especially in the summer because it is a popular destination for hikers, bikers, climbers and cavers. Soft tourism par excellence. In the village center, a cheese factory located with various specialties of the area, and a restaurant. Hiking trails lead into the beautiful nature, especially the way to the spectacular Lison-source, only 15 minutes from your front door. Shops are accessible by car in fifteen minutes. Trips to Burgundy, Switzerland, to lakes and ski region are quite possible.

Ski: Slopes in the area of ??Métabief / Mont d'Or, an hour's drive away.
