Cozy cottage with 80 sqm on 2 levels for 2 to 5 people. 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, WC, 20 km from the sea, satellite TV, balcony and garden.

The house is in Ginestro, a district of the village Testico. From here it is only 20 Km from the beaches of Alassio and Andora. After 25 km you are in Imperia.

Ginestro is at the end of a valley, and therefore has no through traffic. Our neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you give lettuce, tomatoes, unsprayed lemons, chestnuts and other products found in nature so rich.
