Luxurious house for business travellers, holiday guests and long-term rentals

The 'Domicile on Unnersberg' was previously rented to long-term renters and was completely renovated and furnished in December 2010. According to the guidelines of the German tourism office, it is a spacious 5 star apartment with 3 floors with about 165 m2 living space for 4 people. On the lower floor, we also have a cosy basement apartment for two people with a separate house entrance. Both apartments can be connected through a connecting door to a complete single-family home for altogether 6 people. A comfortably equipped, spacious house from 1996 at the end of a street awaits you in a peaceful, but very central location in Solingen. Supermarket and pharmacy, but also beautiful hiking paths and the city centre can be reached comfortably on foot.

Wellness offers in the house: You would like to experience a wellness day like in a 5 star hotel?

In our house we offer different massages in connection with the 'Center for Wellness and Health - Heiko Cordes', which you can enjoy in the house. We would be happy to book your desired date before your arrival. More information and prices on request or on our homepage.

In the 'Domicile on Unnersberg' your apartment is about 165 m2 over three levels. From the spacious entrance area on the ground floor you can get into the sun-flooded living room, which stretches out over the complete house width. The windows reaching down to the floor give a view of the terrace and garden. From the dining corner in the bay open to the living room, you will find a kitchen that satisfied all needs. In the separate wellness area on the first floor with a sauna and a relaxation room equipped with relax loungers, you will find rest and relaxation. The two bathrooms - with a large corner bathtub, two showers - cuddle ceilings and towels, robes and scented candles let you forget everyday stress. A sitting corner with a cocktail chair and glass table, a desk with internet PC, WLAN and a large flat screen TV, one of the bedrooms can be made into a second living room and work room.

The forest environment of the Bergisch Land offers something for everyone and invites you to go on long walks.

The city limits reach in the east directly to Wuppertal and in the south to Remscheid. Solingen-Ohligs directly borders the area of Düsseldorf. A large corner bathtub, a shower with massage jets and a sink in the main bathroom and another shower in the second bathroom with a sink and WC. In the separate wellness area with a sauna and a relaxation room equipped with a relaxation room in the furnished attic you will be able to find rest and relaxation. Cuddly ceilings, robes and scented candles make you forget everyday life. Only you have access to our house for all three levels.

Here you can relax, watch TV, work on the PC, play or read a book in peace. On request, we can set this room up with double beds or two single beds. Of course, you can use this room with a booking with two people. A large selection of different books also makes sure you are not bored during winter evenings. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. Modern, anti-allergic memory foam mattresses and adjustable slatted frames make sure you have a relaxing and healthy sleep. All blankets and pillows can be washed and are also anti-allergic.

What a fantastic house! We stayed in the villa for 7 nights and really enjoyed the experience! The property is beautiful and delivered absolutely everything it advertised. The villa was absolutely beautiful with everything of the highest standard: very new, super clean, very comfortable, spacious, and furnished with very tastefully elegant decor, nice and warm with lots of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The house was spotlessly clean.

If we were to come back to this area, we would definitely consider again. We would highly recommend this villa!
