Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Rovinj City, Croatia

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• The price is for the apartment per night for occupancy up to 2 persons. Any person more (older than 36 months) plus € 5,00. Overnight at less than 4 nights + 30% on the normal price. The price includes final cleaning, consumption of gas, water and electricity, as well as the homeowner to pay taxes, bed linen with weekly change, and 2 towels per person per week (not on the beach). The guest is
  only obligated to pay the lessor for registration of the guest about 1.5 euros per day and adult person as a tax on the community of Rovinj. Children 12 - 17 half and children under 12 are exempt from tax. Pet depending on the species and breed 3-7 euros more per day (very increased cleaning efforts, we hope you understand, yes, you pay us no 'Cleaning').
  
  The use of the newly installed air conditioning costs 5 euros / day.
• Sunrise House is a house of contract service provider Istra Aberle. For a fixed booking a deposit of 20% to the account specified in the contract is required. The Restmietbetrag is payable on housing acquisition in euros and cash. When moving in, we charge 150, - Euro deposit, which is refunded when you move out, if not grossly negligent failures have occurred. We will send the confirmation to you via e-mail. A binding reservation for us comes when you have paid the deposit within the specified period. If the transfer deadline and we give the period booked again generally free! You can cancel at any time at no additional cost, however, is the deposit non-refundable! If you appear on the arrival day and until we have no other information, we believe the apartment two days off for you! Early departures are not entitled to rent reduction.
• The arrival and departure is also in high season, possible at any day. We even recommend strongly in the season to select other days than Saturdays because of the risk of congestion especially when traveling to Croatia. The collection on arrival is not before 15 00-clock. The departure was up by 10 00 clock made after last night, because the 5 hours are needed for thorough cleaning in between for the next tenant.
