You can't get any better than this perfect opportunity for the family to relax and spend some quality free time together and enjoy more activities than you could possibly fulfill during your vacation.
After months of hard work and coping with the daily grind of everday life you awaken to the sound of the ocean. You pour yourself a cup of coffee and join your spouse on the porch. From there you gaze upon an endless ocean, blue skies, a wide expanse of sand, sea birds and beach walkers. Later you might take the family to jump the waves, build sand castles, look for shells, fish, visit with family and friends or just sit back and stare at the ocean and people walking by. You may want to take a leisurely stroll down the beach to Ocean Annie's beach bar to hear music. It is close enough to walk to but not so close that you hear it from the condo. Or saunter to the Straw Market, a city block down Shore Drive, for a sub or ice cream cone.
Our condo is the first unit on the first floor off the beach. Sitting on the porch you are ten feet from the sand. A walk way leads to the pool and barbecue area which are visible from the porch. You will experience a panoramic view of the beach from the balcony and every window.
This non-smoking condo is comfortable, immaculate and well-maintained. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and a washer/dryer unit. The sleeping arrangement will accommodate six: a king size master bed, two twin beds in the spare bedroom and a pull-out queen size couch in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. And we have WiFi.
There are ample blankets and pillows available, but you will need to BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. King sized sheets are available for the master bedroom. An iron and ironing board are provided.
The location is unbeatable. Limited traffic flow on Shore Drive is a welcome contrast to the traffic on downtown 17. The condo is conveniently located to all of Myrtle Beach attractions: the taditional 'Restaurant Row' area, Barefooot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, over 125 golf courses, Botanical Gardens, and an abundance of activities and entertainment throughout the Grand Strand.
Amenities available onsite include security, heated swimming pool, picnic tables, grills near the pool and a shower at the beach entrance to the building. Parking is available within a few feet of the unit.

* Departure cleaning is included on all Weekly Rentals.

Polish, retired and living on fixed income. 134 by the Shore is our Home Away from Home. My wife and I live in Columbia, SC with our daughter and two adopted loveable dogs. Prior to retiring to SC; we spent our weeks commuting and tied up in the DC traffic. Now we are just a little over 2 hours away and get to enjoy our little slice of heaven much more often. Being this close gives us the opportunity to be close enough to personally meet our tenants and do our own inspections. We love getting to break away when we can.
Myrtle Beach is our favorite place to be. We can never wait to get there and we really hate to leave.

Shore Drive is our only vacation spot, and ultimately the place we look forward to calling home in retirement. The location is away from the tourist traffic and the beach is quiet, serene and family friendly. The beach is safely protected by Life Guards throughout the days in summer. The Atlantic Pier is just to our left and Ocean Annie's is about the same distance to our right. All shopping ammenities are short driving ventures and the golf courses are abundant.
'134 by the Shore' is simply the Best, above all the Rest. We enjoy being able to offer you relaxation in our clean , and affordable Oceanview/Beachview Condo. We have everything you could possibly need or want in a vacation spot...and we know you, your family and friends will enjoy and find it relaxing.
We just cannot thank you both enough for the use of your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Everthing was neat and clean and the location was the best we've ever had not to mention the luxury of having a washer and a dryer at my disposal! Wow, that really and truly was a Godsend! We don't know what our plans are yet for next year but we'll certainly keep you in mind. Thanks again!
