The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dryer, dish washer, TV,...). There is an open kitchen, a living/dining area, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well as another bedroom (with queen size bed) with private bathroom. A small separate room has internet and telephone and can be used as retreat or study. The living room opens onto a balcony with nice view over a small pond on the golf course.

The pool area (incl. Jacuzzi) as well as two tennis courts are located right next to the apartment. The club house with restaurant and gym is within a short walking distance.

In close proximity you'll find shops, an outlet mall, several beaches and other attractions.

Surroundings: The Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club's residence is ideally located. There are numerous shops, restaurants and golf courses in the vicinity. A few minutes’ drive will take you to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island, Captiva or Lovers Point - some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches for swimming, collecting shells and relaxing.

The town also has a lot of culture to offer: Go for a stroll down the famous McGregor Boulevard lined with numerous royal palms, past Edison Home (inventor of the light bulb), and you will reach Fort Myers down town. The city centre is being lovingly restored and will impress you with its art deco buildings and nice restaurants. Every first Friday of the month there is a so called Art Walk - galleries and museums are open till late at night.

Of course you can have some adventures in the south west of Florida! Whatever you're planning - canoeing among mangroves, boat tours through the Everglades, trips to Key West, blue-water fishing or watching birds, animals or plants in one of the numerous nature reserves - you will be fascinated! This area offers you an incredibly wide range of nature activities.

Shopping in this part of Florida is a distinct experience! Close to the golf resort there is a small outlet centre with Caribbean flair (Tanger Outlet Shopping). A considerably larger Outlet mall is 20 min drive away (Miromar Outlets), and along the US 41 there are several smaller shopping malls where you will find anything you could possibly want. Nearby Naples boasts exclusive and elegant waterside shops.

This comfortable apartment is situated on the first floor in a gated residence within a very well maintained private golf course in Fort Myers. Ideally located - close to the sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island.

Here you will find peace, rest and relaxation - everyone according to their taste: Swimming in the pool or the sea, doing sports (golf, tennis, fitness, running, cycling, fishing etc), shopping or simply enjoying nature. Enjoy the perfect weather in Florida: the sun and warmth will certainly put you in a good mood.

Golf: The 18 hole golf course Kelly Greens is a challenge for golfers of any handicap. Long fairways lined with palm trees as well as some water hazards and bunkers ensure varied and interesting rounds. Club and cart rental available. You can also play this course on foot. Putting green, driving range and chipping area are available. Training lessons can be booked directly at the club house.

    Club membership can purchased at US$ 265 per couple. This will allow you to use the club facilities (golf carts and green fee are paid per game). Several of the surrounding golf courses offer discount green-fee rates. Club fees (membership, golf cart hire, green-fee, meals etc.) are paid directly on site at the club office.

    The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. The cleaning charge of € 150 is to be paid along with the rent no later than 4 weeks before the begin of your stay.

    Minimum stay during high season (Jan - April): 4 weeks. During low season, shorter rental periods are possible.
