Four buildings are scattered picturesquely on the big property. Two pools and a separate children's pool belong to it.

Breakfast is offered all year round, during high season there are also pizza dinners, breakfast items and a snack bar. In the reception area there is a computer with an Internet connection, in addition you also have wi-fi.

The Tenuta di Sticciano is a former agricultural farm (Fattoria) which looks back at a long tradition in the wine-growing. Still today in the ancient wine cellar Chianti and other wines are pressed. There is also olive oil from own cultivation: approx. 40 ha of olive groves belong to it to the property. Once a week the guests have the possibility to visit the wine cellar and to take part in a small wine test. Of course all products can be also acquired on site.
