Ideally located in a pedestrian street, 2mn walking from the famous 'cours mirabeau'. On the first floor, this typical charming appartment has 3 double large noiseproof windows with high ceilings in a living room of about 45 M2. In the heart of shopping, cafés, cinéma,restaurants and museums area, this flat has been entirely renovated in a modern style. A typical market with fresh food every day is 50 metres walking from the flat. Thermal bath at 5 mn walking only.
