Enjoy your vacation in our quiet, comfortable apartment (56 square meters) in the district of Starnberg, in Hanfeld. Here you are away in the countryside, yet only 3km from Stadtzetrum Starnberg and Lake Starnberg!

Your apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house and has its own south-facing terrace with stunning views of the landscaped garden and a large wildflower meadow with woods behind it. The living and dining area (with cable TV) and the bedroom, (1 double bed), lovingly renovated in 2010, the apartment is bright and friendly. The en suite bathroom has a bath, separate guest toilet. Kitchen with microwave, fridge / freezer, oven, etc. available on request cot and high chair. Non smoking apartment, no pets.

Minutes to downtown Munich (Marienplatz) about 30 minutes, to the station Starnberg-Nord (20 min clock in the center of Munich) in about 8 minutes. Parking directly in front of the house.

  • Rental price is always included consumption costs for electricity, heating and water. The rent is payable on booking. The bank will give you after confirmation of the landlord that the apartment in your desired time is available, sent to you. Upon receipt of the rent, the reservation is confirmed. You will be informed by fax or email. The deposit is 100 €, which is payable on arrival at the arrival. The return of the security deposit after inspection of the apartment on departure.
