HOLIDAY VILLA UP TO 5 PEOPLE WITH SEA VIEW

We arrived very late at night having had a delayed flight. We were very grateful to Alessandro meeting us at nearly midnight (instead of 4pm!) and showing us to the villa personally. He was extremely kind and sympathetic to our plight - recommending loads of things to do in the area even though he must have been ready to collapse himself!
The villa was perfect for our needs - the views and grounds are stunning and well worth the climb up the narrow track to get there. Everything was spotless and we were glad of the bowl full of fruit thoughtfully left for us and the cupboard with enough to keep us going until we could get to the supermarket. I loved being able to slide open the whole wall and let the sunshine into the living room and our bedroom - a very welcome escape from the freezing conditions in England! Anyone interested in architecture couldn't fail to be impressed with the property - a first project from an architect friend - and a brilliant one at that!
The surrounding area was beautiful - Noto was lovely; Eloro beach a treasure worth searching out - and the trip up Etna fantastic!!! Many thanks for all the suggestions, Alessandro - you made our holiday one to remember for a long time. We'd love to return; Sicily is a lovely place to visit and this villa is just perfect.
