In a fantastic location, only 200 meters from the beach, right next to the beach entrance, lies the modern and comfortable apartment 'Duinerei 3'. Outside the front door, right on the dunes takes you a beautiful dune road to the white, long, sandy beach. The location is unique - the perfect base for a fantastic beach holiday.

The pretty and comfortable Apartment A 302 has a floor space of about 107 m² and is located on the 3rd Floor (elevator available).

Beautiful, bright living room seating area and TV, CD and DVD player and access to the balcony. Open very well equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, the large dining table can accommodate 5 people.

Beautiful bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds.

Modern bathroom with shower, bath and a utility room with washing machine. Separate Toilet

Duinerei 3: Amidst the famous bulb fields and behind the dunes lies the resort, 200 meters from the beach. Between the dunes just south of Schagen is the nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater". A 580 ha large, beautiful dune area with 2 large dune lakes, marshes, ponds, heath and woodland. Het Zwanenwater is primarily known for its unique spoonbill colony. It is also home to many rare plant species such as wild orchids, flowers and herbs, as well as nesting sites for more than 70 species of birds. In this region 2 trails are signposted. From May to early August, several guided hikes are offered. This nature reserve is managed by the Association of Protected Areas. For 15 years there in the Callantsoog "poëzieroute". This bicycle and hiking trail takes you past beautiful places where you can click the here and there erected panels read beautiful poems.

Schagen is located in the north of Holland. Only a narrow range of dunes separates the broad, clean beach from the cozy and quaint place. Here are the most sunshine and least rainfall recorded in the Netherlands. The 'Seinpost', the highest sand dune in North Holland and the 'Swan-', an internationally recognized nature reserve with dunes, valleys, swamps, pine wood and two, surrounded by a rich fauna of small lakes are one of Schagen. Restaurants, a supermarket (open daily 8 to 22 h also open basks), nice restaurants and cafes and various retail stores are located in the center. Cities worth seeing in the area are, for example, with its historic old town and harbor Hoorn, Alkmaar cheese market with the well-known, with Den Helder naval museum, doll museum, harbor.
