Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The rental fee includes cleaning, washing machine and dryer use, use of sauna, outdoor hot tub and infrared sauna.
    Per person we expect 10.00 € for bed linen, towels, tea towels.
    A dog will be charged at 10.00 € per night.
    The local tax for persons aged 18 in high season from 01 05th to 30 09th € 2.00 per person per night. In the low season from 01 10th to 30 04th € 1.30 per person per night, children and youth are free.


    Damage will be charged a cancellation insurance is recommended.
    When signing the contract 20% of the total cost will be charged and the remainder is to be paid 2 weeks before the start of your holiday.
  • Gladly takes care of our house through an intermediate cleaning, costs € 50.00. By appointment, you can take hotel service with daily, small cleaning services, cleaning € 25.00 per unit.
