2 bungalows for 5 people each, and one just for a couple, 700m from the beach

Charming place with only three furnished bungalows, one of them just for a couple, and two that accommodate until 5 people each, with balcony with hammock, equipped kitchen, fan and parabolic TV. It's situated near the center of Boiçucanga and about 700m from the beach. The yard is ample, grassy and enclosed, with much vegetation from Atlantic Forest and many kinds of singing birds. It includes garden, parking and barbecue place for the guests.

Boiçucanga is one of the most complete districts of São Sebastião. It's a bay ocean, with warm and clean waters and clear and clean sand. It's the only bay with illumination on the beach, so it's possible to swim daily and nightly. It´s a calm place, with lots of green nature, waterfalls and all the necessary infra-structure, such as different kinds of restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets and shopping malls, skate plaza, etc. And there is a wonderfull sunset on the beach...
