Canal +, Canal Satellite, DVD, VCR, stereo sound system, billiard room, antique furniture. - 1-ha park with private swimming pool, whirlpool bath, power plate so you can stay in shape, and pool house, stone and lit barbecue. 3km away from the fine sandy beach in Villeneuve-les-Maguelone, 5km from Palavas-les-Flots. Cleaning included: please ask the owner for further details. Linen, towels, tablecloth, available. Sleeps 20 max. Pool and park with lights and taken care of everyday. Tennis court available 1km away in the village. Weddings are possible in the park. Petanque, bike rental, table tennis.
