Our new refurbished and new furnished Casa with direct sail boat access ( only two minutes drive to the Caloosahatchee River) features a oversized solar heated pool, boatsdock and lift with sun umbrella (Tiki Hut), gormet kitchen with island cooktop and hood, stainless steel appliances, fireplace,

52' LED HDTV with HD Comcast cable, WLAN in a tropical landscaped garden. So it becomes the ideal place for relaxing vacation. The house has four different sitting areas all with water view, so regardless day- or yeartime you will always find a sun or shadow place. The villa has its own boatdock and lift, a 22.5 feet Glastron Bowrider with 5.0l V8 engine with 230 HP is for a special rate available.

Information about boat rentals: Casa Puerto del Sol has a 22.5 feet Glastron Bowrider 5.0l V8 engine with 230 hp. When you book our villa you can rent this boat for the special price of US $ 750/ per week. Boat introduction-, cleaning- and sea tow insurance fee is US $125. Extra deposit for the boat rental is US $ 300. Comparable boats will be rented for min. US $ 1000/ per week. Under Florida you need only a valid driving licence and you have been born before year 1988 to run a boat

without any special licence. Our villa is the ideal place to dock a boat as you have to drive only two minutes to Caloosahatchee River, you dont have to travel through endless canals, locks or bridges.

Last Minute: For booking inquiries of 30 days or less before arrival we give you a 10% discount of the rental price

Climate: In summer the air temperature is between 30 - 35 C (75 -95 F) and the water temperature 26 - 30 C (78 - 86 F). The rest of the year air temperature is 23 - 28 C ( 72 - 82 F) and the water temperature is always above 20 C (68 F). There are between 330 -350 sunshine days in a year. Because the water in the Gulf never falls below 20 C (68 F), there is swimming possible all year around.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac at one of the widest saltwater intersections Cape Coral's. Form the boat dock you see the Caloosahatchee River, just a two minutes drive with the boat ( sail boat access).In a fifty minute boat drive you reach Sunibel or Fort Myers Beach. Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is only 3 miles away. Main shopping street 'Del Prado' is just around the corner, there you find grocery stores, shopping-malls, plenty of bars and restaurants. Fort Myers Airport (RSW) is a 35 minutes drive.

Notes

  • The price is based on 2 persons, any further person is US $ 20/ per day, one kid till age of 12 is free. Max. occupancy is 6 persons. Included is 11% tax for the state of Florida ( 6% VAT and 5% City tax) !!! Also included is pool service, gardener, air condition, water, bed linen, towels and English speaking introduction on arrival.
    Electricity up to 30 US $ per week is free, usage over this limit will be charched at 0,15 $ KWh
    Final cleaning fee is US $ 150 and payable directly to the local propertymanagement in advance at arrival.
    Deposit is US $ 500
  • Terms and conditions: A down payment of US $ 500 is due with the booking confirmation and will be used at the same time as deposit. The total rental balance is payable 30 days prior arrival. If the day of arrival is closer than 30 days from the day of booking, the amount and deposit is due immediatly.
    Cancellations and refunds: Cancellation fees of 10% of the whole amount will be charged up to 60 days before arrival, 59-30 days before arrival 30% of the whole amount, 29 - 22 days 60% and 21 days or less before arrival 80% of the total amount. We recommend a trip cancelation insurance.

I and my family very much enjoyed our two week stay at this property. The home was well appointed (the pictures are very accurate). The neighborhood is residential and quite. The area affords a number of things you can do and many places to eat well. You can take advantage of these activities or just enjoy the sun and pool. Anita the property manage was helpful. I would recommend this property and would come back again.

Beautiful Cape Coral Villa

My family enjoyed this beautiful home for 10 days in March of 2011. The home was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, beautifully decorated and everything we possibly needed to have a relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the pool area and the tiki hut on the dock. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked with pots, plates. The weather was GEORGOUS:) We enjoyed the beaches at Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach and our daughters parasailed at Fort Myers Beach. Also, drove to Everglade City to do an airboat ride. Very neat experience, college daughters really enjoyed the air boat ride. Plenty to see and do in the area. Anita the property manager was wonderful to work with. She was most helpful and very nice to work with. The home was within 3-4 miles of a Wal-Mart and Publix grocery store. Our family had a wonderful time and would love to come back to this home. Thank you Klaus!
