Spacious two bedroom villa on a beautiful recently completed complex with communal pool, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. Furnished to a high standard, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans and fly screens throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Downstairs there is a comfortable leather suite, TV, with Sky, DVD and CD player and a Cypriot mobile phone provided for your use. Private patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, overlooking the communal pool. A complimentary welcome pack is provided and there are no extra cleaning costs!

Situated in the Universal area to the West of Kato Paphos. Recently completed in 2004, it is a beautifully landscaped complex of only 36 villas in a quiet residential area yet only a 20 minute walk from the bustle of the Old Town and also the cosmopolitan harbour area. An abundance of shops and restaurants are easily located. Coral Bay beach, the Troodos Mountains and Polis are all easily accessible by car.

    • Travel insurance is essential!

Our first villa based holiday.

From the minute we walked into the villa we knew we had made the right choice. The villa was clean and very well presented. Everything listed in the details was there and more, and it all worked! The pool and surounding area was clean and well maintained, we made plenty of use of these facilities. There was also off road parking for the car we hired. The villa was a short walk from shops where you could buy all the essentials and resturants. It was a little further to the Paphos harbour area where many more resturants, bars and shops could be found. This property is a credit to those who own and maintain it.
Owner's Response: This is a great review as it reassures potential guests that the villa is everything that has been promised. We like guests to feel that the service provided has met their expectations and that their holiday has been everything that they had hoped for.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful villa, very clean and tidy. Everything listed and more. Lovely pool area. Small shops nearby for necessities. Nice walk to harbour area where you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars.
Would recommend to all!!
Owner's Response: We love to hear that guests have enjoyed their holidays. The walk to the harbour is almost essential by the end of the holidays due to the lovely bakeries and restaurants galore to choose from, although a bus route nearby for 2009.
