'Home from home' comforts in abundance. Light clean neutral décor. Kitchen has everything you need, oven, s/steel gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave. Air con in bedrooms. Comfortable modern furnishings - 2 settees (one a double sofa bed), ceiling fan. Lovely dining suite. Light, clean bathrooms, full bath. Satellite TV, UK channels. Parcent Village, is a jewel in the Jalon (Xalo) Valley. Surrounded by vines, fruit and almond trees - an endless sea of pink/white blossom in spring. Walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and climbers love this area. Peaceful lanes and way marked tracks you can explore direct from the Villa. It is an excellent base for combining sea, beach and sporting activities with driving, riding (horses or bikes), or just roaming the surrounding mountains and unspoiled mountain pueblos. A great place to be away from the madding crowd, yet within easy reach of the coast and golden beaches. Villa Jax is 3-4 km from the historic villages of Alcalali, Murla, and Orba. Explore the dramatic scenery of Costa Blanca interior. Its an easy 10-12 min walk to Parcent village for bread from Noria or tapas at Bar Casino and the Co-operativa or one of 5 excellent restaurants. Visit a Bodega in Jalon and taste one of the famous wines- one produced locally for the Spanish Royals.

  • SPECIAL OFFER PRICES FOR SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER DATES - PLEASE ENQUIRE
    All prices are based on 4 people sharing. For additional occupancy, there is a charge of £40 per person per week to cover laundry, cleaning and utility costs. A £200 security bond is required at the same time as the final payment. This will be repaid within 14 days after the end of your holiday, providing there are no breakages, service charges and the keys are returned. Childrens cot and put-u-up are available free. Please enquire re high chair or car seat.
  • Payment by Bank Transfer is preferred in either £sterling or euros. Cheques also acceptable.
    Final payment 8 weeks before holiday. Booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Gas and Electricity are included for May to mid October dates. Additional energy charges apply for all other dates.
    Bed linen and towels are provided. But not for use around the pool or the beach. Please bring beach towels with you.

Golf clubs: The challenging 18-hole La Sella Golf Club was designed by Jose Maria Olazabal is 15-20 Minute drive from the villa. There are at least 4 others within 30min drive. Please enquire if you would like more information.

Popular activities: WALKING - The valley is very popular with the Costa Blanca Walking Club throughout the year and many paths are way marked. Some are direct from the Villa. Also nearby, you will find tracks and lanes to explore where you may not meet another soul. The wild flowers and bird life here makes even short walks pleasurable. The walks vary from level to strenuous mountain ridges. Something for everyone. Villa Jax is also 15 minutes walking distance from Parcent Village and 20 mins drive from golden beaches. LAZING ABOUT THE VILLA - it is peaceful retreat in a romantic rural location where you can do what ever you feel like. If you just want to relax around the pool and large landscaped garden, there are plenty of lounging/eating areas, or sit in the gazebo, or have a leisurely game of boules on our boules court, or just laze in the hammock, this is the place for you. The garden is gated for added peace of mind for little ones. Fully maintained fresh water 8 x 4 pool is in full view.

Climbing: The Costa Blanca has become renown as Europe’s premier 'winter sun rock venue', with a great climate, cheap flights and enough high quality climbing to last a lifetime.

Beautiful Villa

We have just returned from Villa Jax, it was absolutely perfect, the gardens are beautiful as was everything else, lovely pool, immaculate villa with everything you could wish for, even though we had 5 days of storms it still did not spoil it for us, we still had a brilliant time.

We suggest everyone should visit the bodega in Jalon, also sitting having a coffee whilst watching the local farmers delivering the grapes was a humbling experience, the locals were lovely - we have already reccommended Villa Jax to a few of our friends.

Lynne and Paul made us feel very welcome especially with the generous welcome pack that was waiting for us.

The perfect holiday

This has been our best family holiday to date. Villa Jax is by far the most accomodating property we have stayed in.
Terry & Jackie have put a lot of effort into this home away
from home and it sure shows as you need for nothing. Paul & Lynn are very helpful and can offer you tips on where to visit & eat.
The views, immaculate gardens, fantastic pool the beauty of Parcent and Jalon were outstanding. Our children loved the fact that the garden had an olive tree and orange tree in it. The Saturday morning market at Jalon is well worth a visit.
We can highly recommend Villa Jax for the perfect holiday experience and hope we can return again.

Beautiful villa and private secluded garden

Villa jax is lovely. It has a beautiful landscaped garden which is large private and secluded. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. it is a short easy walk into the village of Parcent. The Co-op is a lovely place to eat or have a drink. Also La Piscina restaurant is worth finding, but note that it is not within walking distance of the village/villa (in our opinion!!). Also try the German place on top of the hill, for a drink or to eat. The views from the villa are stunning and you can see this place. Good supermarket in Jalon. Also the Saturday morning market there was huge. I would highly recommend Villa Jax.

Absolutely great

We sure had a great time in Parcent. We found villa Jax absolutely great and comfortable and very complete; everything was there and in perfect shape. The garden was courgeous; roomy, beautifully designed and very well kept with a great swimming pool. and splendid views. Paul and Lynn were very helpful and charming. Alltogether, and despite the very bad road conditions, a great place to be and definitely one to return to and recommendable.

The Perfect Holiday Part 2!

We have just returned from another fantastic two weeks staying at Villa Jax. The weather was superb and, as before, the villa, its gardens and the surrounding environment made our holiday just perfect!
