Only 800 m from the historic 'perched' village of Cabris and 20 km from Cannes, 'La Closerie' is a lovely contemporary villa with panoramic view over the Mediterranean and the 'Esterel Mountains'. Surrounded by private sweet gardens with terraces and a 10 m x 5 m overflowing swimming pool. On the ground floor, a spacious living room with a dining area and an American kitchen overlooks the spacious open and covered terraces. On the same level the main double bedroom with in suite bathroom, a shower and W.C. On the first floor are two more bedrooms: a single bedroom and a twin bedroom , one bathroom with a shower, and a separate W.C with toilets. The villa is furnished and equipped in the highest quality and taste. The surrounding area is peaceful and ideal for many activities such as walking, jogging, biking and the golf course is only a 10 minutes drive away.

La Closerie d'Entoures is situated 6 km west of Grasse, close to Cabris, at an altitude of 500 m above sea level with 180° views of the countryside, mountains, and sea. Ideally located is approximately 40 min from Nice international airport, Cannes and sandy beaches, an half and hour’s drive to Mercantour's Natural Park, and about 10 min drive to many different Golf courses. The nearest shops and several fine restaurants are only 10 min walking distance. The villa is situated in a privileged, undisturbed setting and will undoubtedly contribute to your overall relaxation.

This is a superb property tucked away in the hills near to Grasse. The views are to die for... and you have all the luxuries of a personal villa with swimming pool at your disposal. It's ideal for a real get-away holiday or as a base to visit the Cote D'Azure. There are enough fine restaurants in Cabris alone to keep you happy for at least a week... if not two! The owners are very friendly and extremely thoughtful. And despite not having the best of the Azure weather it was a great relaxing holiday. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Two Memorable Weeks

This is a beautiful, very private villa, in a great location, with a fantastic VISTA !! A 15 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops in Cabris and a 30 minute drive to the coast (depending on the traffic). There are several good restaurants in Cabris itself. The owners were very helpful and very professional. Early morning breakfast on the terrace with the spectacular views was one of the many highlights of our stay,along with the fabulous pool. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, in quality accommodation but close enough to the action,then look no further.

We had a fantastic two weeks in this wonderful house. The owner's concern for our well being was much appreciated.
The house, location, facilities, peace and quiet AND the view were all out of this world...
