The spacious, 110 m² floor apartment was completely renovated in 2010 and as a Non smoking apartment furnished to a high. It has a warm and functional kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine) with sofa bed (for two people) and three armchairs, LCD TV with home theater system, a dining space with table and six comfortable swinging chairs, a bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with separate comfortable seating (the sleeping area was separated by Paraventes), LED TV and music system, and access to the covered balcony (with seating). The bathroom has a large corner bath, separate shower, sink, floor heating and washing machine. The spacious entrance hall there is a wardrobe and shoe cabinets.
