Puffin is a sunny, very large, one bedroom apartment to accommodate up to four guests. It has an open plan lounge with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen fitted for your every need and dining area with window overlooking the stunning view of harbour/marina. The double bedroom has mirrored wardrobes, freshly professionally laundered bedding stylish contemporary decor. It has a comfortable king sized bed and fold away bed suitable for a younger person. The open plan family sized lounge has a focal point oak hand crafted fire place with traditional style electric stove to supplement the apartments cosy electric total central heating. Off the lounge area there is an open plan dining area in a bay window area with table and chairs. The Lounge has a TV/DVD/Video with 30 channel set-top box and a stereo CD tape player. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all dishes, pots etc you could wish for.
