This private villa with its own pool is situated in a beautiful rural setting on the Costa Blanca near Denia. In the land of many villas this is unique. The property has the rare advantage of not being overlooked and is amid orange and almond groves. Although quietly situated it is within easy reach of Denia the beach, supermarkets, bars & general shopping and entertainment. The private villa occupies over an acre of land beautiful gardens and has spectacular views of the mountains, although in a sheltered position. Alicante & Valencia airports are just an hour’s drive away. An international golf course is just a mile away. Buena Vista is perfect for, families, chilling out, relaxers, sports men and women, nature lovers, skinny dippers. Not for, anyone who likes, high-rise, sharing their pool, noise, Benidorm and bingo. Midway between Alicante and Valencia, Denia is located perfectly on the Costa Blanca. It is said to be an 'area of maximum comfort', having a typical Mediterranean climate of beautiful long summers and pleasant winters. It has 10 Km of beaches to the north and 7 km of wild rocky coves and headlands to the south. The town has a long history dating back to the Greek empire when the first Castle was built. It is now also a lively port with ferries to the Balearic Islands, fishing and agriculture are still very important, oranges being one of the principle products. The broad high street has many good shops, restaurants, bars and cafes and don’t forget to visit the ice cream parlours for which it is famous. Denia still maintains a Spanish atmosphere because of its large Spanish population, prices here are much lower than the Costa del Sol. The area has a stunning natural beauty, beautiful beaches, mountains and old villages. Golf,tennis,horse riding,swimming, all within easy reach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are for 5 persons there is a £50 charge per person/week for occupancy up to 8. Access to the villa from 3pm; Vacation of the villa by 11am; Security deposit £150 fully refundable if no damage incurred.
    July and Aug there is an extra charge for 1 week rentals of £60.
  • Welcome food pack provided.
    The pool man and gardener will visit the villa usualy twice each week, usually Wednesdays and Saturdays
    Also linen is changed twice weekly on the same days.
  • WARNING - Please be vigilant as regards the danger of children and the pool.
    At all times children should be watched and none swimmers wear a buoyancy aid.
    Diving and jumping in the pool can be dangerous and done at your own risk.
    The roof terrace can be dangerous for children and we recommend that they do not use it.
    The casitas (outhouses) are normally kept locked and are not part of the rental. At times these may contain dangerous chemicals or gardening equipment and therefore should not be entered.

Notes: The villa is fully furnished throughout and has three large bedrooms. Two bathrooms, (one en suite). A large lounge/dining room, sun room and separate spacious kitchen. It can sleep six adults easily and will accommodate up to eight persons with extra beds. The lounge has satellite TV. DVD recorder and CD player. The extensive kitchen is equipped with fitted natural wood units. Two large fridges, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher and gas/electric cooker, toaster, blender etc. The extensive covered terrace is a perfect location for a meal al fresco or a cooling drink in the heat of the day. For those who prefer the sun there are two patios and a secluded roof top terrace. Privacy is not a problem as the villa is not overlooked or part of an estate/complex. This year a large BBQ area has been added. The villa is suitable for wheelchairs the inside being all one level, There is one small step to the pool and two small steps to villa level from the drive
