This bright and cheerful apartment located on the 1st Floor of a building along with 2 other apartments. The location is ideal for a holiday without the car at the supermarket, marina, restaurants and the small bay of Cala Galiota and also going round the town Paseo are very close. One can find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a terrace with morning and evening sun. The decor of the apartment includes 2 air conditioning (in the living room and one bedroom), washing machine and dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartment has a practical, veranda, where you can have breakfast well into the spring months in the morning sun, when it's on the patio to cool yet. To the harbor beach is about 10 minutes. The beginning of the time-Trenc beach is about 20 minutes walk away. Before the house is free parking. Colonia Sant Jordi is a nice small town on the southern tip of the island which has remained largely unaffected by mass tourism. Around Easter, awakens the 'Colonia' (the colony) to live with him and their two centers. One center is built around the pretty little harbor with sandy beaches protected by offshore reefs and in the background the local restaurant and boutique mile, including Lighthouse and harbor promenade.
