A very good value, this adorable Casita is 1 bedroom 1 bath detached studio that is brand new with polished concrete floors, oriental rugs, and custom silk curtains with opaque backing. The Casita is fully air conditioned and includes the comfort of in-floor radiant heat. A comfy queen-size bed is completed with a down comforter and lots of designer pillows. A new 32 inch TV. The casita has a full bath, with travertine tile, an antique mirror, and a pedestal sink. Very charming and sweet. Only five blocks to the Plaza!
The Casita is a cute studio style, it does not have a living room. In addition there is NOT A FULL KITCHEN however it is provided with a TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Is a a great option for an additional Bedroom for the Main House that is next door, or is a perfect alternative to any hotel room. Quiet, clean, comfortable.
Absolutely perfect as a romantic get-away for two.

Our parents have lived in Santa Fe a long time and we were born here. The Casita is a completely brand new structure that our Dad designed and built. Our Parents manage the rentals themselves, they do not hire a management service that would charge additional fees. Dad is a designer/builder and Mom is a Realtor. Santa Fe is such a beautiful town, we think you will really love it here.
Audrey Curry purchased this studio in 2002
This location is so close to the Plaza and in walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and galleries.
This casita was cute, comfortable, cozy, inviting, easy to find, and close to downtown. Very warm and clean. It is small so perfect for one or two people and maybe a dog, but much more relaxing than a hotel room surrounded by a bunch of noise. There was a cute courtyard to enjoy in the warm months as well and your parking is well off the street so it's safe and tucked back in there. I walked everywhere and never hesitated about the area or my safety.
The Casita was clean, comfy, cozy, inviting, homey, & warm. I had everything I needed & nothing I didn't to clutter up the space. Essay to find, quiet street, close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
The instructions to locate the casita were clear and concise. The casita was very clean. It was close to the old town Santa Fe and is indeed within walking distance. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay, although we didn't spend too much time, other than sleeping at the casita. The only reasons that I am not giving the casita an excellent rating are that: (1) a couple of screens were missing from the small windows and we decided not to keep them open so not to let critters in. (2) the nights were cool enough not to turn the air on, so we wished we would have had a fan. Otherwise, the place, location, convenience, etc., was everything we needed!
I've been a regular visitor to Santa Fe, NM since 1994. My work brought me there initially and ever since I fell in love with the city and the nearby areas I return every year.
Three years ago I found this casita and have been a regular guest with my spouse.
This casita is the most perfect and most affordable place we've ever stayed. It is comfortable, well-stocked, has private parking, walking distance to the plaza, situated around the corner from St. Francis Blvd for easy access to I25 or 84/285. In other words, you can get to wherever you want to go easily and quickly. It's the perfect location, which is a very important value to have in Santa Fe.
Santa Fe is our favorite food city and the lack of a kitchen, for us, is a blessing. There's a fridge, coffee maker and microwave and that's all anyone needs for a visit. The restaurants in Santa Fe are so special that I would never recommend having a kitchen for anyone. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance.
The décor and coziness of this place is outstanding. The bathroom is clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed always offers a great night's sleep and the AC is a great added bonus which you don't always find in Santa Fe due to the cool nights. However, it is often necessary to have the option to use the AC.
There is a very nice outdoor space where we occasionally have breakfast. Take-out from Clafoutis and al fresco dining in the yard at the casita is a nice morning ritual for us and easy to do considering the nearness to the best breakfast you'll ever have.
All in all, this casita is the best place to stay in Santa Fe. I know the town well and just love coming back each year.
Thanks to the owners for such great accommodations.
This Casita was great for one person - good location, parking. It seemed small for two people. I enjoyed the outside area for breakfast and relaxing. The room was a bit dark and a few more ammenities would have been nice.
The casita is lovely and the location could not be better. It is tiny, and NO KITCHEN! It did not bother us except for not being able to fix breakfast, as we are early, early risers.
Here are some reflections on what could have been better!
1.Make sure that all the bulbs are functional- 3 were not!And as the place is quite dark, we would have appreciated if all the lights worked.
2. There were NO coffee filters in the place, and would have appreciated having them there.
3. There was no dish washing soap, to do dishes in the bathroom sink. So we had our muffins on paper towels.
4. Though there is an outdoor space, it is not private nor particularly pretty, thus no one really used it, not the people in the big house or us.
Best thing about it is the location and the AC!
