The holiday house is located about 150 m from the edge of the Postwäldle forest. The village centre can be reached in a few minutes’ walk.
We will list only a few of the attractions in the vicinity of the holiday home: During summer, the dreamy mountainous landscape of the Allgäu Alps invites you to go hiking and explore the countryside. The Skywalk Allgäu begins 5 km away from the house - here you can walk through the tree tops on an impressive structure of wood and metal. A water park with numerous swimming and wellness options (pool paradise, diving platform, water slides, massages, and sauna) can be reached in 20 minutes. You can find two summer toboggan runs at a distance of 30-40 minutes, as well as a number of cable cars in the surrounding area. The famous Neuschwanstein Castle can be reached in one hour. In the opposite direction, there is Lake Constance (20-30 minutes by car). A former train track in the region has been converted into a cycling track with slopes of moderate steepness.Weather permitting during winter, there are several cross country skiing trails in the area More advanced skiers find a good number of skiing areas in the area, from the Imberg Skiarena, with 8 person cable cars and heated chair lifts and can be reached in approx. 25 minutes by car to the high alpine ski areas of Oberstdorf, Montafon and Arlberg in Austria (ca. 60 -90 minutes by car). Fans of tobogganing also have several options, i.e. evening tobogganing on a lighted track at the Imberg Skiarena.
Less adventurous people can simply enjoy the scenery afforded by the attractive location of the house.
