Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • * The rental fee applies for an occupancy up to 4 persons.
    * In a ASSIGNMENT with TWO PEOPLE we offer a DISCOUNT of 70 euros per week.
    * For an extra person (child) in the extra bed will be charged 50 euros per week.
    * The CLEANING done by appointment. In the implementation of our agents we charge 80 euros, to be paid with the rent.
    * During the months of the 05-10 OPERATING COSTS are included in the rent.
    * Bed linen and towels necessary.
    * Spring, autumn and winter are used privately. Therefore, further dates and prices on request, such as Easter!
    Minimum stay during this time 2 weeks.
  • Regulation of Deposit: A deposit of € 200 is to be paid with the final payment on the lease by the landlord in the contract account. The money, if any damages have occurred, transferred immediately after termination of the rental period.
  • In the summer season the possibility of the beautiful long sandy beach of Laigueglia exists (see photo) in the propperen Bagno 'St. To rent Tropez 'chairs / beach chairs and umbrella over us. The rates in 2010 were on average depending on the month and set for 2 chairs with umbrella and possibly a director's chair at about 100 euros a week.
