The house overlooks the sea Zandduin behind the big dunes of Julianadorp. You go to the beach about 200 meters from the house through the dunes and reaches the broad 9 km long sandy beach in the municipality of Den Helder. The beach offers every season has its charms. Rise in summer for swimming, the rest of the time for long walks, horseback riding or kite. 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, a large living room, bathroom, separate WC and a terrace are available. The house can accommodate 6 people. The site with car parking has about 400 square meters and is enclosed by a privet hedge. Satellite television, stereo and DVD are a must. The house is managed by a dedicated administrator. The park is next to a restaurant, snack bar, tennis courts, miniature golf, bowling alley, playground, water playground, phone cards, petting zoo, go-kart and bike hire available.

In addition to the 9 km long sandy beach of Den Helder offers Julianadorp (60 000 inhabitants) a variety of diverse cultural offerings. Who wants to learn about the history of the Navy, the Marine Museum at the correct address. Next to the museum stands the 80 m long Dutch submarine "Tonijn" which is the only permanently in the Netherlands to the public. It also pays to the steps of the lighthouse, "De Lange Jaap" climb. Or you make a tour through the native of the Napoleonic era fort Kijkduin with its underground passageways. There is also an aquarium is unique in Europe with a touch pool and the whale world exhibition with the largest groomed original whale of the Netherlands. In addition to a boat ride through the fishing port, the marina and the marina is worth a visit to the old imperial wharf, the rescue of a museum and many other museums and a visit to Texel.
