We offer a comfortable and friendly furnished living-dining-kitchen, a cozy living room, a spacious (in 11/2011 renovated) bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms for 1-4 people. Bath towels and linen are provided and are included.

    4 weeks before the date of arrival is free of charge,
    Cancellation between 4 -1 week before booking date a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee.
    For cancellations less than one week before booking date a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking fee.
