Subway from JFK airport: you want to save the taxi fare from JFK airport? Take the air train to Howard Beach subway station and from there to the 'A' Express train to Manhattan to Utica Ave., About 5 minute walk from the house. Take the Fulton Street exit. It is important to know that there are 2 Utica Ave. Subway stations. Please refer to the A-train (blue line). VomJFK-Airport should get on board in the front cars because the output FULTON ST. and the Utica Ave. train station is in front. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT THE UTICA AVE., Even if the station Utica Ave. means.
If you have taken the exit Fulton St., coming out at a park. Walk through the park on the wide side of the park. Now you are on Stuyvesant Ave. Walk 2 blocks until you see St. Decatur.

This "brownstone" is located in the monument-STUYVESANT HEIGHTS neighborhood in Brooklyn / New York. The house is right in the center of this part of town in an avenue with trees on both sides of the street. They are "the feel of old world charm" and love the friendly and peaceful environment.
It is not far from Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum and Library.
BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) with the most wonderful dance and theater performances is easy to reach. The line A, an express subway at the Utica subway station (5 minutes walk from the house) takes you 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.
Brooklyn with his own style and charm is called the "New MANHATTAN". Shops, cafes and restaurants are around the corner.
Our pizzeria Saraghina, which was officially rated as very good, has a nice garden. The "Peaches" restaurant and the café "PANTRY" are very popular. The beach at Coney Iceland is reached in 30 minutes.
