Welcome to the “Villa Bluewater” in Cape Coral

Look forward to an unforgettable vacation in our comfortable and fully equipped house in which you can find everything you need in order to enjoy your dream vacation.

With the boat you are only minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River where you can experience the island world with its tropical vegetation, wildlife and fantastic beaches. You are bound to be speechless the first time you have dolphins joining you on your adventure just as we were. The large screen protected pool area invites you to go sunbathing or to take a relaxing swim in the solar-heated pool. From the boat dock you can fish or simply enjoy the beautiful view of the wide saltwater canal. You can satisfy your culinary desires by choosing one of the many restaurants, which you can reach by car or boat, or you can choose to have an evening barbeque by your pool which we have equipped with a grill.

If you would like to visit some of the beautiful beaches you are seeing in the pictures, then a boat is the right choice. We will be more than happy to provide you with our boat. The 22' boat has a 270 HP Volvo Penta inboard engine. Our bowrider boat (Chaparral) is equipped with all necessary safety accessories including life vests and maps. In Florida, you do not need a license, but you will receive an extensive theoretical and practical boat briefing from our authorized boat manager in which you will, in particular, be trained in the characteristics of the local waters. Our boat is is provided with insurance and liability also we have an unlimited towing service.

Thus, there is nothing standing in the way between you and your boat trip to one of the islands nearby or to one of the many waterfront restaurants.

Since we use the “Villa Bluewater” as a vacation home ourselves, we place great emphasis on the condition of our house and we have therefore equipped it with everything needed for a relaxing stay. To ensure such a standard of quality we have well qualified, German and English-speaking property managers on site also serving as a contact for you in case you have any questions or concerns. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the property managers will welcome you the day after your arrival and familiarize you with everything you need to know. They will certainly give you more information and helpful tips for your stay.

Why Michael + Petra chose Cape Coral

The house is located in one of the exclusive residential areas in the southeast of Cape Coral known as the Yacht Club area. Since we are enthusiastic boaters it was an essential prerequisite for us in order to enjoy our own vacations as well. Boating trips to Sanibel, Captiva or other beautiful destinations are no problem this way. Short trips by car to Marina beach, Cape Harbour or Tarpon Point are an additional plus of our house in Skylark court.

What makes this villa unique

We offer our house optional with our motorboat. The boat offered by us is a bowrider with V-plane hull, which lies naturally completely differently in the water than the often offered deck boats. It is equipped with all necessary safety accessories including life vests and maps. In Florida, you do not need a license, but you will receive an extensive theoretical and practical boat briefing in which you will, in particular, be trained in the characteristics of the local waters. So, there is nothing standing in the way between you and your boat trip to one of the islands nearby or to one of the many waterfront restaurants.

Golf:

There probably isn’t any place that has as many gulf courses as Florida. So you have plenty of options to choose from if you want to enjoy your hobby. Even as a beginner you are welcome to give it a try on many of the courses. Coral Oaks Golf is a very nice, 18-hole course with 8 lakes and 37 sandtraps.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • After your request you will receive a detailed offer from us. Visit also our website: www.villa-bluewater.com.
    - The prices are valid for the occupancy of the whole house by two people.
    - We charge $70 for every additional person.
    - Children and teenagers under the age of 16 stay for free.
    - Christmas and New Year we charge plus 20%, minimum stay two weeks.
    - Special prices for extended stays from 4 weeks are available upon request.

    Included in the rental rate is the use of the furnishings and equipment in the house for the length of your stay, as well as wireless DSL Internet, electricity up to $30 (for more consumption we charge $0.10 per kWh) water and local telephone calls made from the landline.

    The here in mentioned and all additional agreements, such as cancellation fees, deposit accounts and payments can be found in the rental agreement which we will provide to you after your booking request.
  • Cleaning and Tax:
    Additionally there will be a charge of $160 for the final cleaning incl. Check-In/Out of the house and 11 % taxes will be applied (6 % Florida sales tax, 5 % tourist tax).
  • Optionally you can rent our boat:
    The rental rate for the boat is $850/week (main-season) and $750/week (off-season) + 6% Tax.
    (The fee for the operating instructions in the amount of $140 has to be paid in cash or via Travelers Check on site prior to the start of the charter.
    Our boat is provided with insurance and liability also we have an unlimited towing service.
