Apartment with many options for 2 to 8 persons

The apartment is located in a newly renovated half-timbered house with completely new furniture. The new bathroom has a shower with bathroom furniture and the kitchen is equipped with all amenities. The living room has TV, radio, wireless telephone, a play area for children and a sofa with sleeping function (for 2 people). The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, etc., and a third person may also sleep in the same room. Two other bedrooms have two beds per room can be rented on request, this is an extra price per person is calculated. The balcony can also be used as the front yard. The old house has a quiet location in the center of Pfieffe. The parking lot is directly in front of the house.

Holiday season: Especially for Christmas, it is a good opportunity to visit many beautiful and different Christmas markets in our area, including - the Kassel Kassel invites the Christmas story from one market to stroll - Spangenberg with festive lights of the city - Rotenburg / F. with one of the biggest German Christmas Pyramids - Melsungen first time in 2009, is decorated with a winter forest, the historic old town - Eschwege Sterntaler Christmas Market - Fulda - Bad Hersfeld the market of the 30th 000 lights, etc.

Spangenberg is on the German Fairytale Route and the German Framework Road. The Spangenberg is romantically on a hill in the beautiful Pfieffetal. Ars Natura and the trails lead through the Camino Pfieffe. To reinforce this, there is the possibility in our village to buy fresh milk directly from farmers. Furthermore the new farmers on their own production Hessian specialties, such as the "Ahle Worscht" Wekkewerk, blood sausage, liverwurst, brawn, to mince.

Rental Rates for this vacation apartment rental in Spangenberg, Germany

  • The above prices are for the apartment up to four people. For each additional bedroom (2 persons) is added to your booking, an amount of 18.00 € will be charged. For the final cleaning of the apartment we charge € 35 for up to 4 people and € 50 for up to 8 people. Transfer when booking 10% of the price within 8 days. The remaining amount 4 weeks before arrival please. Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the price will be refunded. In case of cancellation for a week before the start of the stay will be reimbursed 25%. On arrival we ask for a deposit of 50.00 € to pay any resulting damages. Of course, you get the deposit back after a joint inspection of the apartment prior to their departure.
