This four bedroom villa, now within a gated community, was completed in 2005 and although it is in a quieter area of Kissimmee it is still only 25minutes away from Disney on the development of Somerset. Just next door is Remington Golf course and the facilities adjoining it. It is twenty minutes drive away from Orlando International Airport and an hours drive from Cocoa Beach. It has its own private pool and is very spacious with two living areas and a large kitchen. There are three bathrooms and all but one bedroom has a TV. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and is Winnie the Pooh themed. Disney, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Universal are approx 25 minutes away using the Florida Turnpike and Osceola Parkway. This is no further than properties situated on the US27. The villa itself is situated off the US 192 and all the restaurants you could wish for are on your doorstep. There is a Walmart Supercentre under 3 miles away for all your provisions.

Located next to Remington Golf Course off of US 192. Restaurants and shops nearby plus all attractions are within 25 minutes drive away. A lot of rental properties are off of the US 27 and the distance is the same to all attractions from there as it is from our property.

  • Our nightly rate will remain the same all year round - £50 - until 24th December
    We will charge £5 per night for pool heat.
    All bookings will be subject to a small cleaning charge and ADW - Accidental Damage Waiver which covers any accidents that may occur in the villa during your stay.
    A Deposit of £100 per week payable at time of booking and balance 6 weeks prior to stay.

Notes: Pool heat is charged separately. One bedroom has twin beds and two bedrooms have king sized beds and are en-suite. All rooms bar one have a ceiling fan to complement the air conditioning. We have tried to make this a home from home and there are five TV's, 2 DVD players, CD player and board games for all to enjoy.

Why stay here?: We've been visiting Florida for several years now and decided to purchase this villa for ours and we hope your comfort and enjoyment. It is bright and airy, the screened pool with its chairs and lounger’s is great after a long day seeing the sights, visiting the theme parks or just shopping!! We have tried to make it as homely as possible for your enjoyment and hope that once you have stayed you will visit time and time again like us!! A recent stay at end of 2006 was enjoyed so much by the family that they have booked again for 2007!
