Luxury Penthouse on the Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. Panoramic views of the sea and the 18 hole (par 72) course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Set in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca Mountains just inland from fashionable Puerto Banus (15 min drive) and the sophisticated resort and stylish shopping of Marbella (15 mins. drive). The beautiful Mediterranean Sea and sandy beaches are about 15 min by car. The apartment is in a tranquil setting with a large terrace and sun awnings. 2 Swimming pools with 1 heated for the residents. Air conditioning/ heating and a fully equipped Bosch kitchen/ utility. Sky TV, DVD, Video,42 inch Plasma and Widescreen TV. Secure underground parking together with entry phone and additional parking. The Golf Club also includes a Driving Range and Clubhouse with a Bar and Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our apartment is situated on the A372 Ronda Road in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains (for Sat Nav the address is 397 Ronda Road); a 45 minute drive from Malaga airport (most of it on the E15 Motorway). San Pedro de Alcantara is 10 minutes away and is a typical Spanish town with a beautiful beach and a palm lined promenade. There is a convenient supermarket 2 mins by car which is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The impressive city of Ronda which is situated in a rocky gorge is only 40 minutes from the apartment and the tax free haven of Gibralter just one hour by car. The cosmopolitan harbour and grand yachts of Puerto Banus and the stylish shopping, Orange Square and tapas bars of Marbella are a mere 15 minutes away

A welcome pack and additional maid service can be arranged at additional cost. Take advantage of our long stay discounts: 10% for 3 weeks and 15% for 4 weeks or more. 25% non refundable deposit payable to confirm the reservation. Full balance payable 8 weeks before your departure (if late booking full balance required at time of reservation). Life in slow motion

This is a perfect place to spend peaceful and relaxing holidays.

On our arrival, we were presented the penthouse and location by Eileen, who was very pleasant and effective in her indications. The apartment, in addition of being clean and luminous, was very roomy and well accomodated : fully equiped kitchen, washing/drying machine with iron facilities, bath towels reserve and even large TV flat screens and CD/DVD players... You just need to come with your bathsuit !

The best point however is the terrace, large and well oriented, giving a breathless view on a melted picture of hills over the sea and golf fields. A perfect place to have sunny breakfasts/lunches or to read books confortably installed in the sunbeds provided.

Swimming pools (one heated) invite you for a dive and golf courses/sauna are also available in the Club.

The location of the Golf and Country Club itself is very satisfactory. You can find all facilities around : Supermarkets, banking machines, gas station and few restaurants. All mostly outside the Club but within 5 minutes drive.

Los Arqueros Club is also on the direct road to Ronda, a wonderful "village" built in the inland mountains, not to miss in your trip, but expect 30 minutes of curvy road to reach it :) Sevilla is also 190km through the same route.

We can only recommend the penthouse to anyone who looks for relaxing holidays and/or a pleasant place to discover (or rediscover) Andalucia.

Fabulous Terrace and Great Views

The feel when you enter the apartment is that it really is a stylish home from home in a quality development. We have been twice now , once in Feb 09 and recently Nov 09.

Eileen is very welcoming , friendley and professional and its good to know shes on hand if needed and to offer any advice.

The huge terrace and view are the primary features for us. The view offers a surprisingly green panorama of the surrounding hills and mountains, golf course, cyprus trees ,grand villas and in the distance the blue med and on a good day Africa !

The winter sunshine , blue skies and very pleasant temperatures are a real tonic but even more so when you have such a lovely terrace to relax on.

When we did manage to find the will to leave it and venture out ( Normally we cant sit still for long ) we found the promenade and beach at San Pedro very pleasant and worth a visit.

Apart from Ronda ( dont be fooled by the warmer temperatures in San Pedro in the winter . Felt a bit silly in shorts in Ronda in Feb and cold )
we recommend Grazalema in the Grazalema National Park. Its a wonderful small mountain town in glorious green mountain scenery. Also on the way you will probably see the Griffen Vultures and look for eagles !

Perfect relaxing holiday penthouse

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for three weeks over the Christmas period and had a very enjoyable time with customer service first class,
the apartment was in an immaculate condition with all facilities need, It is in a great location with lovely views and plenty of places to visit, although we had a hired car which was a great help.
We had intended returning this Christmas but apartment already booked. Frank & Doll.

Fantastic apartment

We stayed in this apartment last year and it is fabulous, inside the apartment is fantastic with everything you could possibly want, spotlessly clean and luxurious. The views are the best you could have, overlooking the sea to the coast of Africa and Gibralter. We arrived on a Sunday so the owner had very kindly done some shopping for us and was more than happy to answer any questions we had on apartment or area. We are not golfers so this apartment is suitable for everyone. There is a clubhouse which serves very nice meals and Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 10 minute drive away. It is really central for all areas and we will definitely go again, a member of my family has actually booked to go and stay in April - We would highly recommend to anyone.
