This charming apartment for vacation rentals is located in Trastevere, the heart of the Eternal City, on the 1st floor of a lovely, characteristic 2 storey building, just in front of Tiberina Island (an island on the Tiber River, in the historical centre). The apartment is on two levels (35-square meters and a mezzanine of 15-square meters) and sleeps 2+2 people: it is ideal for those looking for a relaxing break away from the crowded city centre roads and hotels but at the same time looking for an accommodation in the centre of Rome. It includes a large living-room with a large double sofa bed (cm. 160x190), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the upper level where there is a loft area with a large double bed (cm. 160x190). The wood beam ceiling makes the environment warm and comfortable. Fully equipped and very comfortable, the apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome.

Just a few steps from the apartment you can cross the river on the oldest remaining Roman Bridge (Ponte Fabricio, 62 b.c.) to reach the very heart of the historical centre.

Additional information about rental rates

  • RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS +15 Euros per night / +75 Euros per week for each additional person.
    Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 euros).
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows & blankets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide you linen for 15 euros per person (per change).
    Refundable security deposit: 200 Euros.
    20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfer or postal order without any charge, cheque in Euros or credit card with a small charge), with cash in full at the check-in.

    RATES INCLUDE:

    Electricity is 0,50 Euro per KW (to be charged only if air conditioning or heating is requested, otherwise is included)
    Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own

    If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund

    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.

    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.

this is THE best location in rome! we walked everywhere, and the local restaurants were quite good. it was nice to have a small kitchen for breakfast and lunch-- saved a lot of money. apartment manager was very helpful.

This appartment was located near the river and bridges with good bus and tram connections to every part of the town. You could easily get also by walk to Pantheon area as well as to Forum Romanum. The appartment was clean and the wellcome was good in spite of our late arrival. Customer service was good. We can easily recommend - and have already recommended - this appartment to our friends. We liked very much of this Trastevere area with its narrow streets and many restaurants to be found nearby. Round the corner you can find a patisseria where you can buy warm bread for your breakfast, but the nearest supermercado was not as near: the best way to get there was the tram.
Although there were many restaurants nearby the street was calm and without any traffic noise.
