This air conditioned, 2 bedroom maisonette has 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed with an extra pull out single bed, can sleep 7 in all. There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge/diner with Sky TV. Outside there is a patio with furniture and garden with sun lounger’s. It is situated close to the communal swimming pool, with a children’s play area, and also a few minutes walk to the new fantastic commercial centre. This has a variety of restaurants to choose from, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, British and of course Spanish. There are 3 supermarkets and also a pretty sitting area with fountains and pools. The beautiful Carabassi beach is a few minutes drive away and has been voted as one of the best beaches in the World. There is a bus service which takes you into the heart of Alicante with it's bustling nightlife and superb shopping precincts, not forgetting the lovely promenade and marina. The closest town is Santa Pola, a busy fishing port, and a lively town

Gran Alacant is a purpose built residential area which is ideal for holidaying as everything is at hand, including banks, shops, medical centres etc. The area is ideal for many water sports, there are plenty of golf courses in the surrounding areas and lots of nature parks for walking. Historical towns of Santa Pola and Elche are close by and the beautiful city of Alicante is a must. Benidorm is 55 minutes by car, where you can visit one of the many theme parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar.

This apartment was well equipped and clean. Linen and towels were provided but I would recommend you bring your own for the beach/pool. Easy access to secure pool and off street parking. You do require a car although there was public transport available.Some of the restraurants near by were a bit pricey, plenty supermarkets and air conditioning was a blessing.(during August) I would recommend this to a friend

This maisonette is a lovely place to stay, it was very clean and had everything you needed.
It was near a few shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the beach.
I would recomend to hire a car to get to most places as they are quite far away.
Overall enjoyed the stay here and would reccomend it.
Owner's Response: Thanks for recommending, I would just like to point out to anyone not wanting to hire a car, that the house is very close to a good bus service that will take you to numerous destinations, icluding the beach, Santa Pola and Alicante.
