Very spacious home has 2nd living area upstairs. 4 bedrooms (2 main floor, 2 top level) and 4 baths (2 main floor, 2 top level). Bed sizes (main floor) 1 king, 2 singles. Bed sizes (top level) 1 king, 2 singles, queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include: 5 TV's, VCR, DVD, surround sound, porches, fireplace, sunroom, bar with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, porta-crib, highchair, enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning sink, covered dock and floating dock at creek. Also included is a daily newspaper. No Pets. No Smoking. Linens Not Included. Capacity: 10
