This stunning loft apartment of approx 1000sq ft + large balcony was built in 2005. Furnished & presented to an exceptionally high standard with designer furniture to compliment the contemporary look. An open plan design but with a screened master bedroom area & ensuite bathroom, very spacious living space with fitted kitchen and full range of integrated appliances. The living space has two double sofa beds & there is a second bathroom. Secure underground parking. This is a fourth floor apartment with lift. A stunning residents roof top swimming pool. You can see the Delano Hotel from the apartment which stands on the Collins Avenue beach front strip. The apartment is across the street from the Miami Beach Convention centre & right next door to Macy's Department store and the famous Lincoln Road pedestrianised shopping street which boasts literally dozens of high quality restaurants mixed in among the hundreds of shops & boutiques. Those with high standards will not be disappointed.

I'm an English Guy with 2 Sons. This is my holiday home so I'm picky about who I rent it to. I rent it to supplement its running costs, but I'd rather not rent it than risk anyone mistreating it or the building or being disrespectful to other residents. So I'm going to ask you to tell me a little about you so I can decide if I'm willing to let you stay in my place.

If you book you'll be met personally on arrival by my house keeper who will show you everything and answer any arrival questions. I'm family friendly, gay friendly and couple friendly so long as my guests are friendly and respectful of my home and it's neighbours.

I love South Beach and I love winter sun, this is a low rise development with not so many apartments in the building as a result it's quiet and private with not so many comings and goings. It's very well maintained and cared for by the residents in the heart of South Beach Unless I spend a lot more money buying another apartment in South Beach its hard for me to imagine wanting to have a place in any other building.

MIAMI VACATION MAY 2009

Hi,
I stayed in this condo with my girlfriend for 10 days in May 2009. The Condo's great, open plan, spacious, 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen.
Like the previous reviewers have said its in a great location 1 block from Lincoln Road and 10 mins or so walk from the beach, and yes you do feel like a local as opposed to a tourist when staying in a hotel.
All in all a wonderful vacation made better by the very nice accomodation.

COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND A GREAT LOCATION

The listing description was accurate and the owner was very easy to deal with. The beach and several good restaurants were a short walk away. There is a nice walking/jogging path along the beach. Three of us were very comfortable in the apt. I am looking for to booking this again next time I am in South Beach.

GREAT FLAT, CLOSE TO LINCOLN RD AND VERY QUIET

The flat is spacious and clear. Very quiet, thanks to great double glazed windows, good A/C, excellent bed. 2 good showers as well and a walking wardrobe. Cherry on the top is the nespresso machine, with the store being 3' walk from the flat, on Lincoln road. We went with 3 kids who slept on the sofa beds in the living room, again, very good quality sofa bed, quite wide as well. I would say very comfortable to sleep 2 adults each. Dining table is large and with enough chairs. We just thought the whole experience was a very positive one. Just off Lincoln road, close to supermarket and not far from the beach. With a small pool to relax by after a day walking around. And Michael was very helpful in every way. There is a very nice spirit about this whole renting process. All in all perfect. Would love to reiterate the experience and will certainly spread the word.

GREAT APARTMENT WITH BALCONY ON PERFECT LOCATION

We stayed at the apartment with 2 adults + 2 children (age 9 and 11) from Dec 22, 2013 till Jan 1, 2014. During the reservation process the owner, Michael, was quick with answering our emails and once we made the reservation everything was perfectly clear and well arranged till the moment we arrived. The apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped including washing machine and dryer. We loved the decoration and furnishing and that there are 2 bathrooms. Because the weather was nice during our stay (23-29 degrees Celsius) we spend a lot of time on the balcony in the morning with Starbucks coffee (Starbucks is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment) and in the late afternoon/evening chatting with each other and counting all the nice sport cars (Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini etc.) that drove by. Lincoln Road with many shops and restaurants is also only a 2 minutes walk from the apartment so we went there several times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rental car we had during our entire stay we parked in the garage of the apartment building, free of charge, which was perfect for us! With the rental car we visited various shopping malls (Adventura Mall, Saw Grass Mills and Dolphin Mall) which were about 30-45 minutes drive. We also visited Disney World for a couple of days (4 hours drive from South Beach) and the Everglades during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and all the trips we made! WONDERFUL STAY

We have safely arrived home having had an amazing holiday in the States. The apartment was just great - leaves staying in a hotel for dead! Exactly as we expected from what we had been told by the owner and we saw on the various web pages. The owner was so easy to deal with and very professional - far easier than most travel agents or booking agencies. We were concerned with the recent spate of "fake apartments" being offered on the net but the owner went to great lengths to assure us he was legitamite. The location proved to be better than we expected being so close to Lincoln Boulevard and transport options. You won't need a car if you are planning to stick to the Miami beach area. We will certainly recommend the apartment to any of our friends heading to Miami. We hope to be back soon. We are a family of four, 2 adults and a 6 and 8 yr old.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN CONTEMPORAY SOBE LOFT

My husband, son and I just returned from a 5 night stay in Michael's condo. Coordinating to get the keys was very convenient and we found the condo very clean and comfortable. We found the pictures posted were accurate and we were especially pleased with the extra towels and sheets that were available for our use. Because the unit has 2 baths and sofa beds in the living area, it easily accommodated our needs.

We were attending a conference based out of the Ritz Carlton @ 1 Lincoln Mall Rd and were very pleased with the short walk to the hotel and the accessibility of the apartment to all of the Lincoln Rd excitement and attractions. At the same time however we enjoyed peaceful and quiet surroundings at the apartment.

Even tough Michael is based out of London, he was very timely to respond to questions we had in getting settled in and he had a person identified that could handle a mainentance issue if necessary. Without hestitation we recommend this unit and look forward to staying with MIchael again.

A superb location right in the heart of South Beach next to Lincoln Road and two blocks from Collins Avenue and the Beach itself. The building is at the junction of 17th and Meridian Avenue and has a zip code of FL 33139. The apartment is across the Street from the Miami Beach Convention Centre and is within easy walking distance of the Beach itself. Few guests decide to hire a car if they are staying in Miami Beach during their stay however if you do and require parking I can provide secure parking within the buildings garage at no additional charge.   • This is an open plan loft apartment and is ideal for a couple who love the luxury of space. The bedroom area is screened by a contemporary 7ft glass screen in aluminum frames which adds privacy if you do have guests, the large living space contains two double sofa beds (in addition to two Eames Lounge Chairs each with matching footstools) so technically there is room for four more people to sleep in the lounge. The screened bedroom area has an adjacent en suite shower room whilst the living room and two sofa beds are adjacent to the second bathroom which has a shower and fitted glass screen over the bathroom which has a whirlpool/Jacuzzi feature.
