The Borgo del Belanasc was newly built in 2010 and is located about 2 km above the village in a panoramic position on a slope. The city center, train station and the harbor in a few minutes by car or bus easily accessible. The Borgo is facing south-west and is pervaded by a light wind, which brings a pleasant coolness in summer. For trekking enthusiasts a variety of trails are available. Restaurants and grocery stores in town. The House offers: beautiful swimming pool (9 x 5 m) with deck chairs and parasols on the sun terrace and sunbathing area, each apartment one parking lot, parking fee boxes.

Bellano is in the middle part of the east coast of Lake Como on the lake. Bellano has a beautiful promenade with beautiful beaches, nature walks and small, leading up to the village. Medieval houses and Baroque inner courtyards are the hallmark of the center, with its narrow streets and beautiful churches. Above Bellano Monte Muggio there are hiking trails with a good opportunity to enjoy Lake Como from this panorama. In a small valley is the Ravine, an impressive waterfall, which is caused by the brook Pioverna.
