  • The rental of our apartment is year-round. Minimum stay: 7 days.

    The rent is for occupancy of 2 people.
    Each additional adult person per day € 10.00 surcharge.
    Children age 6 per day 8,00 € surcharge.
    Children under 6 are free.
    All rental prices include VAT.
    The visitor's tax per day for adults-person 2.00 €,
    Children from 11 years € 1.20.
  • Bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, GEZ fees, telephone flat German telecom and wireless connection for your laptop is included in the price - so no extra costs!
    One car garage (normal car - no-terrain vehicle) is included in the price.
    Prices include final cleaning.

    Small dogs per day 3,00 € (without food). Medium dogs please ask.
