This is two storey home with three bedrooms on each foor.

It is located on 2000m² of law overlooking the sea on Cotovelo beach, the most beaultiful beach in Natal .

There is a caretaker on the premesis daily.

Optional Services: transport to and from airport,breakfast,cook and laundry service,if and when required.

This is a family condo and there are only two house build on the property.

Car: not necessary

Cotovevo Beach its 10 minutes' from Ponta Negra where you can find all the best restaurants and night life in Natal.

It is a excellent beach for a long and relaxing walks by the sea.

There is a bus stop right outside the house which will take you into town.

There are no clubes or bares in the street,so it is quiet at night.You only sound you will hear at night is the waves breaking on the shore.
