The house is very cozy, all decorated and furnished and is located within a gated community with good infrastructure in place high, airy and very safe. The house has three bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and in two of them there are also ceiling fans. The kitchen is American style, combined with the dining and living rooms. In the outdoor area there is a small pool, shower and barbecue. It also has a covered garage. for a car. In condominium ha parking spaces available
