Relax watching the dolphins play and listening to the gentle surf from the spacious balcony of this beautiful condo which is situated directly on a sugar soft white sand beach on Anna Maria Island. The property, which is on the first floor, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living area with ocean views, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area with washer and dryer. The balcony is screened, faces West and watching the sun set over the sea is breathtaking. There is also a heated swimming pool and covered parking. There are a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a free trolley bus that runs the length of the island. Parasailing, deep sea fishing, boat trips, fishing from the beach and sailing are just a few of the many activities right on your doorstep. Orlando and all its attractions is two hours away, Busch Gardens and Tampa are within an hour's drive and St Petersburg is only half an hour away.

Anna Maria Island is a great family location with a seven mile stretch of white sand beach and is situated on the Southwest side of Tampa Bay. The island boasts many restaurants, a variety of shops and supermarkets, all accessible by the island's free trolley bus that runs the length of the island. There is a fishing pier where you can rent a rod for $2 per hour and have a meal and refreshments. You can walk for miles along the beach collecting shells, watching the bird life or just paddling in the aquamarine warm water. Sarasota with its Jungle Gardens, Mote Aquarium, restaurants and St Armands Circle is only 15 minutes away past the island of Longboat Key. Anna Maria is joined to the mainland by two bridges and there is a large shopping mall in the city of Bradenton 20 minutes away. All the amenities of the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area are within easy reach.

Extremely clean, well stocked, spectacular view. Ocean is about 30 meters from the balcony. Just bring your clothing, everything else is here, including fishing poles. Grocery store is 5 minutes away or many restaurants nearby. Really great place to stay. Money well spent. Kids rather stay here than Disney. Very responsive owners. Would recommend this place so much that I'm returning next year.
