Our stunning villa is in a great location on a quiet community less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. The villa is easily accessible to Highway 192 and two minutes from the interstat I.4, where you will find signs to the major attractions such as Disney/Universal/MGM/EPCOT , plus shopping malls restaurants and entertainment. Just minutes from the villa you will find Supermarkets, Filling Station, Walgreen Drug Store, Chinese (delivery service), Italian Restaurant/takeaway, McDonald's, Pizza to name a few plus many other amenities that will cover all your needs which makes this a perfect place to have a brilliant holiday. The villa is less than 40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport or a 55 minutes from Sanford Airport. Within easy reach of up to 40 different golf courses. Cocoa Beach is approximately one hours drive and has long sandy beaches and plenty of places to eat. Why not pack a picnic and take advantage of the volley ball nets on the beach!

Notes: Our villa is maintained and equipped to a very high standard and has a 56' HDTV in the main family room and televisions in each bedroom. Also available for our guests is internet, free calls, dvd players, music players, PS2 and a separate games area with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, table tennis and electronic darts. This area has child friendly flooring. There is a separate lounge/dining room. We have excellent managing agents who are there to help with any unforeseable problems as well as being friendly and totally reliable. They do offer an optional maid service if required. We also offer free internet & international calls from the villa. The pool is unoverlooked and has florida glass to the lower part of the screen on both sides for extra privacy. Great Place for Rest and Recouperation

We have stayed in many villas in Kissimmee area over the last 17 years and this one is the best . Everything immaculate,furnishings and linen to a high standard, all age groups catered for. In a good position for attractions, only 5 mins away from the I-4.All facilities exactly as described if not better.Management company very quick to respond for a trivial enquiry( TV!).Owners a delight to deal and so very helpful,we have booked again for next year. Many thanks Diana.

Great house, great holiday

We are packing ready to head home from Wayfarers, and already we know we will be back.

The owners have taken so much care in the set up of the house, and provided everything and more that you will need. The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

The location is perfect for visiting the parks in the morning, coming home for a rest and a swim, and then heading back to the parks for dinner and the fireworks. There are nearby shops, including 2 supermarkets, take away restaurants, and medical center, so everything is catered for.

The owners are a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions with promptness and loads of info.

You won't be disappointed, we will be back next year, and would highly recommend this home from home to anyone.

great place to stay

we have just returned from a great holiday home, it's just like being in your own home, we found it to be very clean and well looked after by the owners and little extra's that we had not found in previous rental places. The games room was well used by our family. It's location to Disney is only 15 minutes away. There is a good supermarket near by and a couple of take aways which we used after a long day out. We have already booked another holiday with the owner for next year and are really looking forward to it.
The pool was lovely to come back too and sit around at the end of a day going over where we had been and seen. Everything was easy to find and the owners had left a good section of atraction leaflets for us to look through and plan our next days outing.
