  • The large, exquisitely furnished designer bathroom was completely designed by Yogi Objects. The huge mirror above the two top washbasin emphasizes the angular design line. The Schwallauslässe of stylish faucets combine function with good design. The shower has a rain shower head next to shower and an additional hand shower. Both are controlled by a thermostat, of course. The walls are partially covered with a plaster effect, long part with up to 3 m wide and 1m porcelain slabs. Even at ground level is high quality porcelain tiles used for under-floor heating provides warmth. The large tub with Trioflex set is filled via a single lever mixer and invites you to relax. Here, too, there is an additional hand shower available. Towels and utensils known hotels are naturally available and are vorbereit upon arrival for you.

The high-quality special material is virtually invisible and therefore does not interfere with the unique view. The bedroom is equipped with its own 32-inch HD TV. Bed linen is provided and you will find your bed fully covered before on arrival. Cleaning is included in the final cleaning with. For children Tripp Trapp high chair and cot are available. Upon request, a babysitter are taught to favorable conditions. The loft building exclusively for the available playground in the courtyard should be fully utilized.

Notes: The entire loft with the exception of the bath is designed with high-quality parquet flooring in floor appearance. This results in a very pleasant climate in the 2.5 meter high ceilings. In the living area a HD TV with cable connection, Bluray player and a surround sound system are available. The bedroom is equipped with its own 32-inch televisions. The furniture made of white / black leather is complemented by a design table. Also, CD's, DVD's, books and games are available. In the dining area next to the kitchen to find an exclusive glass table up to 6 people, with 4 chairs and a Tripp Trapp part of the furniture. If more seating is needed, please advise when booking. For children we have games and children's books available. The high-speed Internet connection via cable or WiFi is included in the rent. The living room could be separated by a variable wall into a further bedroom.

The apartment is really perfect, all description is found and even more.It is very capacious ,can accomodate 4 adults easily. All kitchen facilities are available.
Supermarket around the corner. Bus stop no.6 (7-10 min. walk )takes you to down town in15 minutes.The district is residencial and classy .The owner were extermely wellcoming and friendly.
