Newly renovated, toddler equitable test, detached cottage for 4 persons

Our Non smoking house with a floor area of ??80 square meters and due to the slopes, designated living area of ??50 square meters has been completely renovated by mid 2010. With the end of the renovation, and relocated in a laminate floor and the living rooms and bedrooms have been totally refurbished, you have a bright, friendly and light-filled holiday house.

    In less than five nights or within the holiday seasons of Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia, the rent is 55, - EUR per night.

    All prices are including utilities (electricity, water, etc.) and cleaning. Basic items (toilet paper, Abwaschschwämmchen, detergent), you will find with the journey.
  • We gladly offer you our laundry package consisting of a bath towel, a towel, a bed sheet, a duvet cover and a pillow case for 10, - EUR per person.

Notes: Our house is equipped toddler just capability, meaning that staircase is provided with a stair gate, the hot plates are protected with a child safety for the children's beds each a bed guards are available, it is sufficient toys and a small 'fleet' including buggy is available. In addition, there are two high chairs, diaper pails, and it is ready enough sand toys.
