There are two apartments (units) with similar facilities. Both suitable for up to four persons. Located on the fourth floor (with lift) of an attractive modern building in the West End of Central London.
Double bedroom with king size bed and double bedroom with twin beds. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate shower room. Total space is about 75 square meters with a balcony.
Double bedroom with a superking size bed and bedroom with adult bunk beds. Living room, kitchen and bathroom. Total space is about 70 square meters with a terrace.
In both apartments:
There is a living room with TV/Radio, free Wi Fi broadband, a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equiped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, crockery, pots and pans and cuttlery.
We stayed at this 2 BR apartment for a about a week. Excellent condition with great amenities. Perfect location-- it was convenient to everything.
The apartment we rented was different from the unit that is pictured but equally nice. It was in the same modern elevator building.

A very comfortable apartment. Quiet despite being just off a busy street. The balcony overlooking the building's central courtyard is a real plus. Local shops and a nearby Underground station add to the convenience of this location. The Doorman/Porter was a great source of information and very helpful. Within walking distance of many sites. Great location from which to explore London.
This is a great efficiency flat in an excellent location. Walking distance to Covent Garden. Around the corner from Holborn tube. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, TV, phone, and even a deck. Mike was very responsive when we needed him. Would do again.
We stayed at this flat the week of New Years. Mike was great to work with. He was prompt about returning my emails. Our washer/dryer wasn't working so he had a service pick-up our laundry and bring it back to us. Great customer service! The apartment overall isn't anything fancy, but the beds were good and had all we needed for the stay. The location is one of the best you can find. We could walk to any show in 10-15 minutes in West End. The Holborn subway station is a 2-5 minute walk around the corner. There is a supermarket even closer. Overall, we had a great stay for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 boys ages 14 and 9). I would stay here again.
The flat was exactly as described, and extremely convenient -- we had no problems hailing taxis, the Holborn tube station is right around the corner (across from the Saintsbury's), and easy to walk to Covent Garden, British Museum, etc. Quite quiet, as well -- and very accommodating with children. I would highly recommend and would like to come back soon!
My mother and I stayed here for 5 nights during the Olympics. It was a great flat in a great location (less than 5 minutes' walk from the Holborn station).
Mike was excellent to work with - we stayed in another of his flats earlier in our trip and had a good experience there as well.
The beds were good, the shower was good - everything was good. I'd happily recommend the flat to anyone.
Newton Street, post code WC2B 5EN. A very central location. The apartments are in the Covent Garden (WC2) area of the West End of Central London. They are 300m from the Covent Garden Piazza, and only a 5-minute walk to the British Museum, Oxford Street, China Town and Soho. There are many restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and shops within easy walking distance. The closest Underground stations are Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Covent Garden. The Holborn Underground station is only 100m away with a direct tube service to Heathrow Airport.

Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is before 10:00.
A booking deposit of £200 is required on booking to confirm the rental. The balance is required one month before arrival. The cancellation policy follows the payments, once amounts have been paid they are non-refundable on cancellation.
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Once you have decided to book I will send you payment details.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
