We had a great two week stay in this beautiful and peaceful house - the garden surrounding it is simply magical! Great location if you want to relax and still have the quadrado and beaches an easy 10 minute stroll away.
Lucy, the very lovely owner, was incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy to get along with. She lives in a house behind this one, but the house has it's own gate and still feels private because of the jungle-like garden.
The housekeeper is also very nice, comes in 3 days/week and will make breakfast or even other meals on request.
We would absolutely recommend it, especially to people who appreciate a serene environment. Some days it was hard to leave to go to the beach! We were quite happy just lounging around on the veranda or in the hammocks, watching the humming birds flitter around..
