The house has one suite on the tenth floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the bungalow, 1 maid's room with private bathroom. Full kitchen, TV room and dining room, laundry. It has a front porch with hammock to the pool, the porch also has a barbecue. and a beautiful garden. It has air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. In the maid's room somenete ceiling fan.
