Es Castell Vacation Rental villa

I would not recommend this property. We arrived late to find no welcome pack as promised and not enough beds made. The owner's agent who met us directed us to the nearest supermarket and showed us where the sheets for the bed were!! There was no information in the villa about the island, restaurants,buses etc and more importantly about doctors etc. The house is furnished well with a smart modern kitchen, but there were not enough glasses or mugs for 4 people to drink at the same time. The safe was not available to us because the previous renters has taken the key by mistake and no duplicate could be provided. The pool area is lovely, but the jacuzzi is in fact a jacuzzi bath not an outside jacuzzi, we thought this was misleading. There is a lovely roof terrace, but there was no furniture up there so we couldn't use it which was a shame as the views were wonderful. I would not class this as a luxury property. On our return, I contacted the owners to get their views on the problems we had, but they failed to reply to any emails. The villa is close enough to walk into Es Castell and Cala Fonts, which is a lovely place to visit with its many restaurants
